The 16k x 1bit DRAM is commonly found on the Apple II and II+. Location: C3-10, D3-10, E3-10. And also on most 16k Language Cards (Slot 0). Sold in sets of 8 units. These are tri-voltage DRAMs. Single voltage DRAMs will not work in an Apple II or II+. The DRAMs are fully tested and guarantied working. It's never been simpler to rebuilt or repair your Apple II & II+. Note: IC pictured is for display purposes only. This is NOT the actual unit.
